Initial session time is 2 to 5 minutes. Keep initial session brief, so you can see how the body responds to high-speed vibration. Do not use continuously for more than 10 minutes. If you do need to use your Rapid Release Therapy Pro2 with a different voltage, you must use a transformer to change the voltage. The transformer must be rated at 300 Watts or higher and typically weigh about 5 lbs (2 KG).
