For the calves, it's good to flex and extend your calf by flexing and extending your toes during treatment.

You can use the power band or large treatment tip and move it along and across the calf with focus on the end points.

Also make sure to treat any areas of tightness or discomfort. Make sure to also get the Achilles tendon using the soft tip as this is a key area that needs to loosen up to relieve calf tightness and also take pressure off the knee and the bottom of the foot.

Getting the Achilles from the side is more comfortable than from the back and allows  it to move freely to help circulation and tightness, leaving it more supple.
